About Us
Who are we?
The Scouts is India’s first “Mother Agency” exclusively for models. Established in 2024 in the capital of India, Delhi, The Scouts operates as a partnership (LLP) inspired by the best practices of the fashion industry. The Scouts offers a transparent and ethical environment to aspiring talents who want to become models and represent the Indian subcontinent globally in the dynamic fashion industry.
The objective
To achieve this objective, the Scouts have tied up with an elite group of international modelling agencies across the major fashion hubs of the world. Mother agencies play a pivotal role in the modeling industry. We discover and nurture young talent, providing guidance, training, and exposure to the fashion world. We connect models with international markets and clients, securing them modeling contracts, bookings, and opportunities. Further, we manage the models’ careers, handle logistics, negotiate contracts, and ensure their well-being while abroad. Also, we help them get placed with agencies in India too. Essentially, “The Scouts” serves as talent scouts, mentors, and career facilitators for aspiring models, helping them establish successful careers in the competitive fashion industry.
The Team
The Scouts team is an amalgam of professionals who have years of experience in the fashion industry. This includes a team of talent scouts, model managers, bookers, and other support staff. On board are photographers and models with experience working with an international audience; they are our talent scouts. HR professionals have been hired as model managers. The bookers have been placed in the major cities of India to provide a network of industry connections. The team is in constant communication with its talents to groom and prepare them for opportunities.
The Logo
The logo of the Scout was designed and suggested by GV the Lensman. It features a circle with "The Scouts" written in the center, symbolizing the 360-degree approach to model management and progress inherent in the foundation of the Mother Agency.
